Chapter Sponsored Shows - Policies
Universal Information For All Shows

• Make checks payable to CDS/SFP
• For Qualifying USDF Classes, Please note a "Q" and add $10 per class
• There will be a $10 charge for changes on entry and/or post entries
• Times: Riding times will be e-mailed, mailed, or phoned.   It is the exhibitor's responsibility to contact show management if times are received.   Failure to enter the ring at specified time will incur elimination.
• Awards: Trophies to first place, ribbons through fifth.   Same level classes may be combined for award purposes if deemed necessary by management.   Prizes to classes of three or more.
• Stabling: For Fall and Spring shows, limited stabling available.   Contact show management.
• Accommodations: Contact show management for information
• Veterinarian: "On Call".   Names and phone numbers will posted at show grounds.

Other Policies
Refunds

No refunds after closing date unless ride is filled from waiting list.  
$10 service charge will be deducted from refunds.

Entries may be limited to two rides per horse/rider combination.   Show will close early if oversubscribed.   Management reserves the right to refuse entries; management reserves the right to accept conditionally or cancel any entries, disqualify any riders as exhibitors, prohibit exhibition of entries and cancel award prizes.   Management reserves the right to cancel or amend classes and to add judges if deemed necessary.
