Andrea Chenu
I’m pleased to join the SFP Chapter Board – I’m looking forward to being part of the team that serves our equestrian communities and creates local competitions, educational events and other new programs.
My background includes 30 years of ‘horsing around’ with dressage as well as eventing, vaulting, hunters and trail riding. I’ve been a frequent competitor and volunteer at dressage events and recently helped to organize an ‘L Judge’ educational session at the Woodside Horse Park. Prior to this, I was a show manager for the Stanford Dressage Club. I’ve received the British Horse Society’s Assistant Instructor rating and am currently enrolled in the L Judge educational series.
I currently own one horse, Mexicano – he’s an Azteca that competes in dressage while enjoying trail riding and jumping for fun. I’ve had a career in high tech with Hewlett Packard and am currently pursuing my interest in environmental and “green” technologies.
