Pilates for the Dressage Rider

Join us for this popular evening event as local Pilates instructor and dressage trainer Kris Barrett takes us through a beginning class.

When: Tuesday April 15, 6:00pm
Where: Woodside Town Hall (maplink)

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise in. You will be working in bare feet or socks, no shoes. You'll need to bring an exercise mat (like a yoga mat) and/or a towel. If you already have an exercise ball (Gymnic ball, fit ball, swiss ball, etc.) please bring this as well. I would also recommend bringing an extra layer of clothing in case the room is cool.

Space is limited for this event, so please RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
